Thank You

Thank you for being a guest on I’m Bipolar. Now What? — a podcast about recovery, stability, and living well with bipolar disorder.

Each episode features honest conversations about bipolar disorder, mental health, addiction, sobriety, relationships, routines, work, and the practical tools that help us build a life worth living.

Our audience includes people who are newly diagnosed, have been living with bipolar disorder for years, love someone who has it, work in the mental health field, or are simply curious to learn more.

What to Expect

1. Pre-recording check-in (≈5 minutes)

We'll join Zoom and chat off the record before we begin.

2. Introduction (≈2 minutes)

I'll introduce you and set the context for our conversation.

3. Your story (≈5–20 minutes)

There is no right or wrong way to share your story. Some interviews are more story-driven, while others are conversational. I follow your lead.

4. Organic conversation (≈5–20 minutes)

I show up curious, just like a listener would. My questions are unscripted, and our conversation unfolds naturally.

5. Where you are now (≈5 minutes)

We'll talk about where life has taken you today—the good, the hard, and the honest. You'll also have the opportunity to share where people can find you and any books, services, events, or projects you'd like to mention.

We'll wrap up with one final unscripted question and close the episode.
