Early in my recovery, I immersed myself in every resource I could find. I like to say I brainwashed myself into sobriety & mental health recovery, and I’ve remained an avid reader throughout my long-term recovery. Since my last drop of alcohol on May 15, 2021, these resources have offered insight, understanding, and companionship as I continue navigating my relationship with myself, bipolar disorder, and sobriety. While writing Tainted Love: A Bipolar Memoir, my curiosity only deepened, and I continued reading, learning, and exploring new perspectives. Just like recovery itself, this page is ever-evolving. Be sure to bookmark it and check back often as I continue adding resources that have helped me along the way. ❤️
