This is for you if:

✔ You're newly diagnosed and wondering, "Now what?"

✔ You've lived with bipolar for years but still feel like you can't quite pull it together.

✔ So far, you've only tried medication and therapy.

✔ You're tired of surviving and want to start living.

✔ You want practical strategies, not just information.

✔ You want honest conversations about the things nobody talks about.

✔ You want to feel seen, heard, and less alone.

This isn’t:

Therapy

❌ Crisis support

❌ A substitute for medication

It's weekly coaching with someone who has lived through the chaos of bipolar disorder, spent years studying recovery, and isn't afraid to talk about the things everyone else avoids.

Imagine If:

✨ You stopped feeling like you had to figure bipolar out alone.

✨ You knew exactly what to focus on each week.

✨ You had a safe place to ask the questions you've never felt comfortable asking.

✨ You felt more confident managing your bipolar instead of constantly reacting to it.

✨ You finally believed that recovery, stability, and a meaningful life were possible.

Meet Your Coach:

Louise Barnett is the author of Tainted Love: A Bipolar Memoir, host of the I'm Bipolar. Now What? podcast, and a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach.

Diagnosed with Bipolar I disorder in 2015 after years of misdiagnosis, Louise has experienced the devastating lows of depression, the chaos of mania, addiction, and the long road to recovery. After finding sobriety in 2021, she dedicated her life to helping others navigate bipolar disorder with honesty, practical tools, and hope grounded in reality.

Through her coaching, podcast, writing, and online community, Louise has helped thousands of people feel seen, heard, and less alone while learning how to build a life worth living with bipolar disorder. Known for talking openly about the topics most people avoid, she creates a space where conversations about shame, hypersexuality, grief, masking, relationships, work, identity, and recovery can happen without judgment.

Rather than offering quick fixes or toxic positivity, Louise combines lived experience, evidence-informed strategies, and compassionate coaching to help people move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin creating meaningful, fulfilling lives.

She lives in Colorado with her family, where she continues to write, speak, coach, and advocate for honest conversations about bipolar disorder, mental health, addiction recovery, and the belief that stability is possible.
